Sam & Kavita

Sculptural installations grounded in lush layers of airy textured blooms—softly untamed, free-flowing. Blending into the forest-urbanscape backdrop of @theestatekl, Kavita and Sam imagined an altar that felt both organic and refined, with cool undertones of violet and blue. Overgrown meadow aisles trailed with luminary butterflies, beneath a canopy of lights that shone even brighter against grey skies. Mid-ceremony, it began to pour—blessings, we’d like to think, from the angels up in the clouds.

We drew from the stately architectural frames of @theestatekl, particularly its symmetry and geometric forms — tall graceful entryways, pristine white finishes, and a modern contemporary feel. In juxtaposition to those structured elements, we artfully layered dramatic, floral-heavy, free-form foliage. Softening the space while mirroring the lush greenery surrounding the bungalow.

We’re constantly nurturing the dialogue between venue and design — always seeking the pivotal points where both sides meet, to craft that intuitive sense of balance and harmony you feel when moving through a space that simply feels right. Without it, even the most beautiful works risk drifting astray, like a sculpture without its pedestal.
